Changed your mind? Not quite right? Exchanges can be made within 30 days from the order date.
As long as they meet the below criteria, we are able to assist:
All costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping costs are not refundable.
Please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for an exchange.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for customers who simply change their mind about their order, unless there is an exceptional circumstance or the product purchased was faulty.

- photo of the entire boot
- photo of the faulty area of the boot
- order number
