Shipping:

All goods are posted within 1-3 working days from the date we received payment. Within Australia. Australia Registered or Express Post is our choice for all deliveries within Australia. Goods delivered to your door is 1-2 working days from dispatch. For rural areas please allow 1-2 days delay.

We want you to have the easiest access to our products so we have a FREE SHIPPING policy for orders up to 3kg. However for orders over 3kg we charge a flat rate of AU$20.00. Please note signatures are required when receiving or collecting the parcel.

International Delivery: We are sorry but this website is only intended for shipping within Australia, if you want your order to be shipped outside of Australia then please visit www.sydneyrams.com

Exchange: You can change sizes and to other products. Products must be in the same condition you have received them and in the original packaging.

All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns: only for on-line purchase

We will accept items return within 21 days of shipment date with the original invoice. Items must be in the same condition you have received them and in the original packaging. Damaged or worn goods will not be accepted, other than a manufacturing fault. Definition of faults is in the discretion of Sydney Rams Australia Pty Ltd.

Please note that 15% handling and restocking charges will apply in return items. Return shipping cost will also be the responsibility of customer.

Please Note that because sheepskins are natural products, small marks and wrinkles of sheepskin can not be considered a manufacturing fault. These natural marks reflect the authentic look of Real Leather, and they will not affect the performance of products.
